Executive Team

Anita has over 10 years of experience leading operations functions for financial organizations. Her years of human resources experience include 5 years in the financial sector and 5 years in eCommerce. Anita has led various HR programs and process improvements in learning and development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, compliance (SOX and HR), talent acquisition, benefits, and payroll. In addition, Anita is passionate about employee value proposition and working strategically with leaders to implement employee programs that meet employee expectations and are operational savvy for the business.

Anita is a born and raised Texan. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Texas State University. In addition, she earned a master’s degree in human resources: learning and development and an MBA in strategic leadership from Amberton University.

When not working, you will find Anita competing in various bowling tournaments. In 2018, Anita was the Texas Women’s State Champion, beating a field of over 350 competitors. She met her husband Scott 20 years ago bowling (Anita says he is definitely the better bowler in the family). These days, Anita is not competing as much on the bowling lanes. Instead, she spends most weekends at her son’s AAU basketball tournaments. Anita and her family live in McKinney. They enjoy family time, cooking, traveling, and watching sports – all cheering for opposing teams!
