Wendy Wilson
Director of Customer Delivery
As Director of Customer Delivery, Wendy provides leadership for ARGO’s Connects Product team. Wendy manages overall product strategy, sales support, and customer implementations for Connects. In her role, she is accountable for researching trends and best practices to ensure the Connects Product suite continues to meet the needs of the market and clients we serve.
Before joining ARGO in 2019, Wendy’s experience was in banking and insurance, from large to midsize and small organizations, both global and regional. Her experience covers product strategy and management, consumer banking, digital banking, digital account opening, credit card, and service delivery for websites and email.
Wendy earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Pace University in NYC and a master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Rutgers University in NJ. She and her family live in Frisco, TX. Wendy enjoys teaching financial literacy and actively serves in a number of church ministries.
