Director, Customer Care Services
As Director, Customer Care Services, Don guides the teams providing technical support, architectural environment design, Knowledge Center support, and monitoring services to ARGO’s financial and healthcare customers.
Before joining ARGO in 2012, Don spent 39 years in the financial industry, including 12 years at Bank of America, where he served as Senior Vice President overseeing nine software development teams responsible for converting eight legacy applications to new systems.
Don graduated from Central University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration. Don also spent six years in the United States Navy serving in Vietnam and as part of a NATO naval task force in the North Atlantic.
Don and his wife, Judy, live in Allen, TX and enjoy spending time with their four children and six grandchildren.
