Managing Director, Customer Operations
Jeff leads the ARGO teams responsible for customer implementation, documentation, education, and ongoing operational support services. He started his career at ARGO in 1993, implementing solutions as a developer and project manager. In 2004, after leading efforts to partner with Jack Henry & Associates (JHA), Jeff organized and transitioned personnel to JHA to equip them with ARGO expertise. Over the next decade, Jeff directed ARGO installation and support operations at JHA delivering ARGO solutions to more than 100 financial institutions before returning to ARGO in his current role.
Raised in Oklahoma, Jeff attended the University of Oklahoma while serving six years with a Special Operations (Airborne) unit in the Army National Guard. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree (MIS) from University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business in 1992.
Jeff and his wife, Amy, have three children, who keep them busy. They live in Allen, TX, but enjoy escaping to the mountains with their snowboards.
