Shanna Dugan
Managing Director, Healthcare Products
As the Managing Director of Healthcare Products, Shanna provides leadership for ARGO’s Behavioral Health CareChain (BHCC) team. She manages the overall product strategy, sales support, and customer implementation for BHCC. She is accountable for research, best practices, and regulatory compliance standards within the behavioral health setting to ensure ARGO continues to meet the needs of the market and the clients we serve.
Before joining ARGO in 2025, Shanna spent over 16 years in the behavioral health and substance use industry, working with clients across the lifespan within various levels of care, including partial day treatment, intensive outpatient, residential, and inpatient treatment. She entered the industry as an intake clerk and grew into roles such as UR Director, Clinical Director, and Executive Director. Shanna brings experience in admissions and assessments, direct clinical work, authorizations and payor negotiations, discharge and case management, as well as program management and development.
Shanna earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas, as well as Accounting and Finance certificates from Harvard Business School. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Supervisor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in the state of Texas. She lives in the North Texas area with her two daughters and two dogs. They enjoy softball, board games, and a good movie night on the couch with snacks.
