We hold workshops to gather and review customer requirements. Knowledge transfer includes a detailed functionality review including defining a configuration strategy and validating that the configured solution works as expected.


When conducting workshops, we may discover additional requirements that cannot be handled by configuration. In these cases, expanding the scope or customizing the solution may be required.

When enhancements are identified, we work to understand the business needs and priorities for requirements definition and implementation timing.The solution provides externalized integration APIs and supports industry standard protocols including web services, HTTPs, and MQ.

Operation Readiness

Prepares our solutions for production by implementing defined deployment architecture, performing incremental validation and refinement, transferring knowledge, and transitioning ongoing operations to your personnel.


We conduct nonfunctional requirements and architecture sizing-workshops to capture the operation and supporting structure for the solution. This process provides documentation, processes, knowledge transfer, and configured environments to support the non-functional requirements and deployment architecture.

User acceptance

Cloud model

Cloud deployment delivers ARGO solutions in a “software as a service” licensing model. Our software is centrally hosted in a Microsoft Azure Services U.S.-data center and licensed on a subscription basis.
