The Quality Assurance Analyst II leads, executes, and supports application and system software testing tasks to ensure accuracy, quality and adherence to standards across ARGO’s internal and external SDLC initiatives for our clients. The role entails accountability for providing KPI’s for monitoring processes, enforcing team accountability, and capturing and reporting root cause analytics across the project team for creation of a defect prevention model. The role requires collaboration with both business and technology personnel to comprehend and clarify requirements, formulate comprehensive test strategies, develop input and expected output data, execute and evaluate test results, and support internal and external project testing.
